About the Role 🌯

With over a thousand restaurants in the UK that Growth Kitchen would like to partner with, you would be leading on conversations and sales to partner with these restaurants as we scale across the UK and into Europe. πŸ“ˆ

  • You will be as comfortable talking with small, independent restaurant owners as publicly listed hospitality CEOs
  • You will have a passion for food and technology and are genuinely excited by the proposition of helping brands grow faster and be more capital efficient
  • You are able to build on the processes we have in place, but also think creatively as to how these can be improve


What you will be doing πŸ”

  • Following our compelling sales processes, materials and toolkits to run prospecting and sales opportunities in the UK
  • Stepping up and starting to get involved in the entire sales cycle eventually closing commercial opportunities in the restaurant industry
  • Building well-founded business cases for some of the UK’s most prominent restaurants that are explicit and value-driven
  • Helping to improve our ever-developing sales playbooks and contribute to best practice

What you need 🍣

  • A background in solution selling with proven sales methodologies
  • 1-3 years of SDR experience with a desire to get involved in other stages of sales
  • Be a clear communicator with an eye on the end goal, always with the client front of mind
  • A history of successful billings in a fast-paced environment with an average customer value of Β£50-200k
  • The ability to build long-term partnerships in a sector with only a few hundred prospects
