Tortilla opens up major new revenue stream


Forward-thinking Californian-inspired Mexican restaurant Tortilla, has embraced the changes in the market towards convenience and adapted for delivery. Seeing an opportunity beyond traditional high street revenue streams, Tortilla has entered into a long-term partnership with Growth Kitchen to help expand its delivery network.


Tortilla was experiencing a surge in online orders at their high street restaurants as the demand for convenience increased, but the team was cognisant of the potential negative impact on the in-store experience. At the same time, it was looking for a greater better balance between order numbers and profit margins within its existing delivery operations.

The Athenian sees delivery as the street food of the new age


Tim Vasilakis, Founder and CEO of The Athenian has always loved street market food concepts where you can eat food from all over the world at a good price, but noticed a lack of representation of Greek cuisine.
