The simplicity and authenticity of the menu has always been very well catered for delivery and The Athenian had a proven model, with high-delivery volumes. They wanted to continue to build out their delivery footprint to meet demand. They were looking for an independent partner that is as professional and ambitious as they are, who they could rely on consistently without operational issues. Someone who can help them take the brand to the next level. Hosts need fryers, griddles, saladette, bain-marie and some fridge and freezer space. Seeing an opportunity beyond traditional subscription boxes, Foodhak has entered into a long-term partnership with Growth Kitchen to help expand its delivery network through their brand: Jugad.

Challenge

Foodhak was experiencing a surge in online orders as the demand for convenience increased and saw entering the on-demand delivery space as a major revenue potential. The menu was crafted to challenge the idea of an Indian takeaway, bringing healthy alternatives to the common local curry houses. Everything is precooked, hosts need warming up and assembling.
