Growth Kitchen partners with Patty & Bun

Growth Kitchen has teamed up with Patty & Bun to find the best, under-served neighbourhoods across London for the burger brand. The partnership will see Patty & Bun first join Growth Kitchen’s Bermondsey hub along with other top food brands such as Tortilla, The Athenian and Kricket. The collaboration is also expected to power the restaurant’s plans to explore delivery as an integral revenue stream.

The London-centric chain Patty & Bun was launched by food entrepreneur Joe Grossman, with the aim of serving the ultimate burgers whilst supporting some of the top artisan producers in the country. The restaurant, which opened its first restaurant in Marylebone in 2012, today has 11 shops around London and plans to continue expanding its delivery of locally-curated burgers across the city.

The partnership will allow Patty & Bun to capitalise on Growth Kitchen’s expansion tool, which gives its partner restaurants unique insights into postcodes, such as data on spend and average transaction size, as well as demographic and competitive data. The unique collaboration also includes the opportunity for Patty & Bun to scale the scheme across Growth Kitchen’s smart satellite kitchen network.
