FAQs

Q: Who will I be meeting?

A: We will make sure you meet as many of the Growth Kitchen team as possible throughout the interview process. This will give you the opportunity to ask questions and get a great insight into different aspects of the business and our culture which all help make Growth Kitchen great. This could include people from the following areas: Expansion, Customer Success, Product, Talent and Engineering.

Q: How long will it take to complete the interview process?

A: Depending on your availability, we aim to complete the full process within two weeks from the initial conversation to offer.

Q: Will interviews be on-site or remote?

A: We can be completely flexible on how and where the interviews take place. Of course, we would love to meet you in person at our Waterloo base in London, but we have hired people from a completely remote interview process.

Q: How quick is feedback?

A: We aim to get back to you within 36 hours after each stage in the interview process and we make sure you get honest and clear feedback to either help you in the next stage, or with any applications you may submit in the future.

Q: I am currently working, can you accommodate evening and early mornings interviews

A: Yes, we will really do our best to work around you. It’s really important to us that you are able to perform to your best ability throughout our interview process. So if it means early mornings or late evenings we will make it work.
